Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Skillhash, including the website, the web scanner, the team registry and the skillhash command line tool (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them.

1. The Service

Skillhash scans AI agent skills for risky patterns, records content hashes in a lockfile, hosts private skill versions for teams and monitors public sources for changes. Scan results are automated static analysis. They are informational, may contain false positives or miss real issues, and are not a security guarantee or professional advice.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials and API tokens secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and tokens. You must be at least 16 years old.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not upload content you have no right to share, or malware intended to harm others.
• Do not attempt to bypass rate limits, plan limits or access controls, or disrupt the Service.
• Do not use the Service to build a competing dataset by bulk scraping.

4. Public scans and the directory

When you scan a public GitHub URL, the report is public and may be listed in the skill directory. Do not submit private repositories through public scans. Uploaded archives produce private reports reachable only by link.

5. Your content

You keep all rights to skills you publish to your registry. You grant us a limited license to store, scan and serve them to members of your team, only to operate the Service.

6. Plans, billing and refunds

Paid plans are billed in advance monthly or yearly. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, which handles taxes and receipts. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds follow our Refund Policy. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal.

7. Availability

We aim for high availability but provide the Service “as is” without warranties of any kind. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including damage caused by third-party skills you choose to install.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. On termination we delete your registry content within 30 days.
