Refund Policy

We want you to pay only if Skillhash is useful to you.

14-day refund

If you are not satisfied, email mr.xazratbek@gmail.com within 14 days of your first payment for a plan and we will refund it in full. No questions asked.

Renewals

Renewal payments can be refunded within 7 days of the renewal date if the plan was not used during that period. Otherwise, cancel any time and keep access until the end of the period you paid for.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Dodo Payments, our merchant of record. Banks usually show them within 5 to 10 business days.

Cancelling

Open Dashboard, Billing, Manage subscription. Cancelling stops future renewals. Your team returns to the Free plan at the end of the period; nothing is deleted.
